102 year old woman dies while baking bread
A 102-year old woman fell into the fire she was using to bake bread and died at her home in New Bethesda, Eastern Cape said on Saturday.
Police Captain Erris Claasen said Katrina Adams was busy baking bread when she fell face first into the fire on Friday evening.
Police have opened an inquest docket to determine the cause of death.
It is alleged that Adams was suffering from high blood pressure.
