35 Dogs Rescued From 'House Of Filth'
PINELLAS PARK, Fla. - Authorities say at least 35 dogs have been rescued from a filthy Pinellas Park home, and the dogs’ owner was taken into custody.
Scott Daly is animal shelter manager at the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Tampa Bay. He says the animals had skin problems and hair loss, and they were attacking one another.
The property, where two or three mobile homes sat close to one another, was strewn with feces, including in the dogs’ drinking water. Much of the food was rotten. Read full story
