Boy Hit By Meteorite Travelling At 30,000mph

A boy was hit by a meteorite travelling at 30,000mph and survived. Gerrit Blank was on his way to school when he saw a massive fireball heading straight towards him from the sky. The white-hot meteorite bounced off the schoolboy’s hand and hit the ground so hard it left a foot-long crater in the tarmac, together with a three-inch scar on his hand.

$2 Million McLaren F1 Catches Fire

A $2 million dollar (1 of 100 made) silver McLaren F1 was ruined after it caught fire from the engine. The owner ‘Irv Kessler, 53 of Minnesota declined to discuss the incident.

The Car That Runs On Thin Air

A European car company created a revolutionary car that literally runs on thin air. The ‘air car’ plugs into a wall outlet, allowing an on-board compressor to pressurize the car’s air tank to 4,500 pounds per square inch. The technology pushes the car up to speeds of 35MPH.

6 Foot Remote Controlled RMS Titanic

A 6-foot remote control model of the RMS Titanic($2,500) from Hammacher Schlemmer. At 6-feet from bow to stern the 1:150 scale model is constructed from over 300 handcrafted pieces and each one involves over 400 man hours of assembly, including sculpted cedar strips that overlay the molded fiberglass hull, white maple planks for the decking, and it is powered by three 550-watt electric motors drive each of the three propellers.

Mustang X-1 and Challenger Vapor US Air Force Supercars

The white Mustang is called the X-1 and features everything from a full jet cockpit and ejector seat to a flight stick styled shifter knob.
The second car, the Challenger Vapor, is a heavily modified Dodge Challenger looking to be the stealthiest vehicle on the block. It apparently features an infrared thermal camera along with a display that covers the entire front windshield, a command center themed cockpit with 3 large LCD screens for surveillance, solid carbon fiber wheels and the added feature of two mufflers for a quieter ride.
