Horse fighting, a sport dating back 500 years, is still practiced in parts of China, Indonesia, South Korea and the Philippines.
These fights don’t usually end in death, but horses are occasionally put down. The cultures responsible for this pseudo-sport find the matches exciting and owners take pride in their victorious stallions.
