Red Fox (Scientific name: Vulpes vulpes)
About the size of a large cat but with longer legs, the fox has a thick, burnished auburn coat with black-tipped ears and feet and a white undercoat. The red fox’s long, bushy tail has a white tip, differentiating it from the gray fox, with which it is sometimes confused. Fox fur changes in color depending on the animal’s age.
