That is a scene from a Candid Camera type movie. The guy with the fake moustache and hair(disguise) is a well known comedian in my homeland South Africa. His name is Leon Schuster. I have forgotten the name of his small sidekick, but I think it’s from his latest candid camera movie called “Gatvol” (afrikaans.
