If it’s a young, terrified child desperately clinging onto a rampaging sheep, then it can mean only one thing - it’s mutton busting time. Mutton busting, for those of you unfamiliar with it, is like a sort of junior rodeo in which - rather than adults trying to ride bucking horses - children have to ride startled sheep.
