Man Wanting Sex With Boss' Wife Breaks Into Wrong House

SAN DIEGO—A man admitted Monday in a Vista, Calif., courtroom that he broke into a home—allegedly to have sex with his boss’ wife.

Adan Morales, 24, pleaded guilty to burglary of an occupied dwelling, which is a felony. He faces up to a year in jail as a result of the plea agreement, reported KNSD-TV in San Diego.

Morales was accused of breaking into an Encinitas, Calif., home in hopes of having sex with the woman, only to discover he was in the wrong house. He was caught by sheriff’s deputy Leslee Hall on the morning of Nov. 13, shortly after the break-in was reported.

Morales went to the home looking for a woman named Estella “and said that he was going into the house to talk to her and maybe something more,” Hall testified in the preliminary hearing.

When asked to clarify “something more,” Morales responded that “he was hoping to have sex with her,” Hall said.

The defendant said Estella was his boss’ wife, and he had seen her at the house but had no relationship with her, Hall said.
