The World's Smallest Living Dog
At slightly more than a year old, Boo Boo, a long coat Chihuahua, measuring 4 inches tall and weighing at 1.5 pounds is the new title holder for the world’s smallest living dog in height, according to the Guinness Book of World Records.
She defeated Ducky, a smooth coat Chihuahua measuring 4.9 inches in height. According to her owner Mrs. Lana Elswick of Raceland, KY, Boo Boo was fed with an eye dropper every 2 hours, when she was born, and weighed just 1 ounce.
