World's Largest Prawn Cocktail

The Shellfish Association of Great Britain in association with Royal Greenland, has created the world’s largest prawn cocktail. Constructed in a 1.5m tall champagne glass and using of 50kg of prawns, the equivalent of 550 regular portions, the dish also used a crate of lettuces and more than 10 litres of Marie Rose sauce.
